What to expect

Area Preparation
Your practitioner applies oil to the treatment area and selects cup sizes based on the location and condition being treated.

Cup Application
Cups are applied using suction — either stationary or gliding — to lift the underlying tissue and promote blood and lymph flow.

Post-Treatment
Circular marks may appear and typically resolve within 3–7 days. These are not bruises — they indicate areas of stagnation being cleared.
