Diabetes support

TCM has a long history of treating what it calls Xiao Ke (Wasting-Thirst) syndrome, which overlaps significantly with modern diabetes. We do not treat diabetes in place of endocrinology care — we work alongside it, aiming to support metabolic function, reduce complications, and improve daily energy and comfort.

Regular acupuncture supports circulation and may reduce peripheral neuropathy symptoms. Herbal formulas target the identified TCM pattern (often Yin deficiency with heat). Coordination with your primary physician is important, especially around any medication changes.
